Just 15 months after its launch, digital home move assistant Tili is celebrating its 100,000th home move.
Tili was created in response to the fact that, according to our market research, 78% would welcome a simple home-move service that sets up all essential services in one place. And sure enough, since launch we’ve saved home movers a collective 39 years of their time, reducing hours of admin to just a few minutes.
We've also earned our letting and estate agency partners millions in collective revenue, rewarding them each time one of their customers uses the service.
Off to a great start
It’s been an exciting 15 months for us. We’ve won a DADI award for best consumer website, featured as headline sponsor for The Negotiator awards and launched a new help for home movers section on our website, to help tenants and buyers navigate the challenges of moving house.
We've been listening to customer feedback, and as a result we've expanded our home entertainment section, and made improvements to the user experience across the whole site.
But perhaps the most exciting development has been our proud entry into the OVO family. Being part of the UK’s largest independent energy provider has opened up a vast range of opportunities for us, and in turn for our partners. Our growing list of partners now includes the residential sales arm of Connells. Having worked with their lettings arm for some time now, we're excited to expand the relationship further.
