2019 has been quite the year for Tili. Tili has not yet reached its second birthday, and yet we’ve passed many a milestone in our quest to become the leading home move partner to the property industry. Here are a few of the highlights.
We joined the OVO family
At the beginning of the year, we were immensely proud to become a member of the OVO family. This means we’re now part of the UK’s largest independent energy company. The result is that we can now offer our property industry partners a range of new services, such as CORGI boiler care. It also means 2020 will see us working towards OVO’s target to become carbon neutral.
We celebrated 100,000 home moves
Back in July, we hit another milestone – our 100,000th home move. Now it's around 150,000, saving our customers millions of pounds - and years of their time - collectively. And now, with over 30 suppliers and hundreds of tariffs to choose from, it's easier than ever for customers to compare prices across the market and get the right deal.
We launched dozens of new features
In 2019, Tili has increased the range of products, services and providers available through the platform. We added new broadband plans from the likes of Sky, some of the best energy tariffs the market has to offer, a Smart Meter booking tool, insurance products, Royal Mail redirection services and more. Tili is now a one-stop shop for our home movers’ needs. We’ve got more in the pipeline for 2020, meaning more opportunities for our partners to earn revenue.

In November, we were proud to sponsor The Negotiator Conference and Awards. The event brings together property professionals from up and down the UK, and recognises excellence in the sector. Our Commercial Director, Ian Crowther, gave a talk on how agents can use available PropTech tools to enhance their reputation, a summary of which you can find here.
We established our own reputation as a provider of choice
Our customer satisfaction rating has shot through the roof this year, as customers enjoy the enhanced features Tili has to offer. Our TrustPilot score is ‘Great’, and our Net Promoter Score is now +46. One customer commented: “So helpful to have everything in one place. Moving in is difficult but working abroad, getting a new car and Christmas coming up adds to the stress. Tili was a godsend.” Part of great customer service is providing an omni-channel experience. Tili is fully optimised for all devices, catering to the 70% of our users who prefer to access the site on their mobile. We also provide a telephone service for those who prefer to talk to a human being.
We forged new relationships
