At Tili, the health and safety of our partners, their customers and all of our team members is the top priority. We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and adhering to guidance from the government as well as local health authorities regarding the proper prevention and management of this issue.

Supporting you in the current climate

We know that these are worrying times and that everyone is trying their best to 'carry on as normal' whilst doing their best to look after family, colleagues and customers.

We also know that we've got an important role to play in helping everyone to continue moving home as quickly and as easily as possible, so it's important that you know that we're monitoring the current development of Coronavirus - Covid 19 and taking our responsibility seriously.

Our partners

As always we're here to continue to support our partners through this challenging period. Your dedicated Partner Management Team can be reached by email as normal, should you have any issues with any of your managed properties, and your Corporate Account Manager will be on hand via phone or email to help make sure everything is running smoothly.

We're operating as normal, optimising your home move and providing you with the same great level of service we've always strived for.  

To re-assure you, we've compiled a checklist with some of the measures we've taken to maintain our business resilience and continuity:

Our culture and our team

We're part of the biggest energy tech group in the UK, and because of this our workforce already benefits from a strong culture of remote-working and digital communication. This means we're well placed to continue the collaboration needed to process home-moves, serving customers business as usual.

Our software and systems

All our corporate applications are cloud-based and highly distributed which means our dedicated teams will have the same secure access whether they work in an office or remotely. We have also tested our team’s Virtual Private Network access from remote locations to make sure all daily tasks can continue, even in the event of us all working from home.

The common sense bit

As well as all of the good stuff above, we're looking after the basics. We're continuing to follow guidance from the Government and the NHS, and we've already introduced measures like guidance on hand-washing, social distancing, distributing hand-sanitiser within our office locations and operating with enhanced sanitation measures.
